Crystal has spent more than 25 years inside the financial industry, spanning coaching, leadership, practice management, brokerage operations and advisor development. She’s helped lead high-performing teams and supported advisors through growth and transition.
She founded Clear Story Coaching to help financial advisors get clear on what needs their attention, determine what needs to change and turn that clarity into action. Her coaching addresses both the advisor and the practice, bringing structure, accountability and an insider’s understanding of the financial services industry.
